The American Valuation Society (AVS) is a national network of real estate and mortgage professionals—including appraisers, lenders, real estate agents, and related service providers—working together to strengthen the valuation ecosystem. As a cross-industry community, AVS connects valuation providers and valuation users to network, learn, and collaborate. Our mission is to elevate professionalism, encourage cross-industry understanding, and build stronger connections across the residential valuation landscape. We promote credible, ethical valuation practice that serves lenders, consumers, and communities.
