Sponsorship Term

AVS Corporate Sponsorships operate on a calendar-year basis (January 1 – December 31). Sponsors receive year-round visibility and engagement opportunities through AVS events, educational programs, and communications during the sponsorship term.

Organizations joining mid-year receive sponsorship benefits for the remainder of the current calendar year, with renewal opportunities beginning each January.

Sponsorship Participation Guidelines

• Sponsorship opportunities are subject to AVS approval and scheduling availability.

• Participation in programs or speaking opportunities must align with the event topic, format, and speaker lineup.

• Sponsors may not present competing content within the same program or session where another primary speaker or organization has already been confirmed.

• Lunch & Learn participation is limited to one opportunity per year per sponsor level.

• Sponsor presentations may include discussion of company insights, products, or services; however, sessions should provide relevant industry information or perspective and should not function solely as promotional sales presentations.

• AVS reserves the right to review and approve presentation topics, materials, and speakers to ensure alignment with program objectives and audience expectations.
