Who we serve Strengthening the valuation ecosystemOur mission To elevate professionalism, encourage cross-industry understanding, and build stronger connections across the residential valuation landscape. The American Valuation Society is a founder-led organization supported by a national advisory network of industry professionals. We bring together real estate and mortgage professionals — appraisers, lenders, real estate agents, and related service providers — working together to strengthen the valuation ecosystem. As a cross-industry community, AVS connects valuation providers and valuation users to network, learn, and collaborate. We promote credible, ethical valuation practice that serves lenders, consumers, and communities — and our locally led, city-based chapters bring that mission to life in their markets.
