A Community for Senior Leaders Navigating Valuation Policy & Practice |
The AVS Executive Forum is American Valuation Society’s private, invitation-based community for senior decision-makers across the valuation ecosystem. Participants include leaders from lenders, regulators, AMCs, technology firms, brokerages, appraisal companies, and related organizations who directly influence how valuation is ordered, performed, reviewed, and relied on.
Members participate through a moderated email discussion group, monthly virtual meetings, and periodic in-person gatherings, creating an efficient way to share timely insights and collaborate with peers. Discussion is practical and forward-looking. Members share key articles and data, monitor legislative and regulatory developments, compare market and operational signals, and pressure-test real-world approaches to compliance, oversight, and valuation quality.
Insights from the Executive Forum help inform AVS priorities, guide chapter programming, and translate market shifts into clear, actionable direction for professionals on the ground. At its core, the Forum exists to keep valuation central to housing and mortgage decision-making—by giving leaders a trusted space to collaborate, align, and champion sound, ethical valuation practices that serve consumers, communities, and the industry.
Complimentary access is available through January 16, 2026. After that date, the Executive Forum application fee is $299. Apply here: AVS Exec-Forum Application
