The first conversation will dig into UAD 3.6 and valuation modernization, including the gap between understanding the new data specification and putting it into practice through software and appraisal workflows. The group will discuss how appraisers are navigating the transition, whether the changing environment creates a renewed need for peer-to-peer collaboration and appraisal firms, and some of the intended—and unintended—consequences of modernization.
