Students are responsible for purchasing the 2024 USPAP Publication directly from The Appraisal Foundation. If you completed the 2024-2025 USPAP course, you should already have this publication.

Attendance:
Full attendance is required. Attendance will be verified during the morning and afternoon sessions. Certificates of completion will be issued after successful completion of the course.

Cancellation policy:
Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 7 days before the course. Cancellations within 7 days may receive a credit toward a future AVS course. No refunds within 24 hours of the course or for no-shows. Sponsorship registrations are non-refundable. If AVS cancels the course, attendees may choose a full refund or transfer to a future AVS course.
